Las Perlas
The Pearl Islands are a group of about 39 islands and 100 islets (many of them are small and uninhabited) located in the heart of the Gulf of Panama, about 48 km from the coast of the isthmus of Panama.
The name comes from the abundance of pearls that existed in the area during the period of Spanish domination.
Because its incredible number and diversity of fish and marine species, this archipelago is considered one of the best sports fishing places in the world.
For its exceptional beauty, these islands have been selected to shoot some episodes of the reality TV show Survivor. He also appeared in the second season of the Israeli version of Survivor, under “Survivor 10: Pearl Islands“.
The last shoot was the Turkish version of Survivor on the island of Mogo Mogo andBartholomew.

Cruise sailing to Pearl Islands
Embarking early in the morning at Flamenco Marina to settle on board and begin to know us.
We leave from Panama City before sunrise and sail the 35 miles that separate us from Pearl Islands (about 5 hours) enjoying the excellent fishing on these waters.
We arrived in the evening to the first island where we will anchor for relaxation providing its many lonely corners .
Every day in the morning the boat will sail for a new island where you can enjoy new activities and excursions inland.
Learn the sail handling and organization of navigation.
We offer snorkeling equipment and even scuba gear to enjoy seabed. You’ll also find the sport fishing equipment onboard, very exciting in these waters.
The last day will dawn at anchor near the island of Contadora in case you want to go ashore to buy some souvenirs before leaving to Panama City, where we arrive the evening, after enjoying a few hours of fishing and sailing together .
COMFORT IN STUNNING PLACES
The 4 double cabins with private bathroom, widecokpit and deck, and full equiped galley, make this boat a true luxury apartment that takes you to the most outstanding places you can imagine, where to enjoy small and great life’s pleasures in company of the people who really matter.
For this kind of trip a minimun two-day rental is required. However the ideal length for this trip is 4 or 5 days.
Overnight capacity on board is 8 passengers in 4 double cabins.
Daily rent is: $700 minimum rate + $100 per person. All included.
If you get 8, you get $187.5 person/day rate!
Note:
- The price includes qualified and long experience professional skipper, moorings, insurance, fuel, linnings, towels, kitchenware and tableware, snorkelling gear, fishing equipment, dinghy with 15 horse power engine and other watertoys. We buy for you in advance all necesary food and drinks to provide you three meals daily
- Only you need to bring your swimsuit and toilettries. Camera, light clothing and footwear.
- It is strongly recommended minimum passport expiration of 6 months for those traveling to Panama from abroad.
